Triwood Community Association Adopts RecOffice Solution

The Triwood Community Board of Directors of Calgary, Alberta have approved licensing and implementation of a complete RecOffice solution.  With this solution, Triwood will now be able to accept online registrations for all of its program registrations including hockey, ringette, figure skating, soccer, and cubs and scouts.  More importantly, Triwood will be able to have members sign up for directly for volunteer activities and then manage all volunteer requirements for the association.

In addition to program registration, with RecOffice, Triwood has the means of fully managing facility bookings, contracts and facility usage.

Finally, Triwood has also licensed SportOffice Web for their website.  Using this system, Triwood is now able to easily keep website content current and relevant without having to rely on HTML programmers to do so.
