Refunds will be provided in full (less a $25 administration fee) for software that is purchased but unlicensed. Any software purchase where a license has been issued will not be refunded

Once you have purchased your product, you can download and install the software (if you haven't already done so) by going to our customer support page (click here for the customer support page).

Full instructions, account information, login and password will be emailed out to upon completion of your purchase.
